We aim to keep the site available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Airflow ratings, coverage areas, running loads and other figures published on this site are indicative and are quoted under standard test conditions. Actual performance depends on your shed dimensions, roof height, machine heat load, ventilation openings, ambient conditions and water quality.
Photographs and drawings are for illustration. We continue to develop our products and may change specifications, materials or finishes without prior notice.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. It is an invitation for you to enquire.
A quotation we issue is valid for the period stated on it. If no period is stated, it is valid for 30 days from its date. Prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, freight and installation unless the quotation says otherwise.
An order is confirmed only once we accept it in writing and receive any advance payment stated in the quotation. Until then we may decline the order or revise the price.
Where a quotation is based on a site survey, it assumes the site conditions recorded in that survey. If those conditions change, the quotation may need revising.
Delivery timelines given in a quotation are estimates made in good faith. They are not guaranteed dates and we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
Unless the quotation states otherwise, you are responsible for providing safe site access, power supply, water supply, structural support for mounting and any statutory permissions required for installation.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes only once we have received payment in full.
Our products carry a manufacturer warranty. The exact cover, period and exclusions for your order are set out in the warranty document supplied with the quotation or invoice for that order - that document takes precedence over anything stated on this website.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation by third parties, use outside the rated conditions, poor water quality, neglected maintenance, unauthorised modification, or normal wear of consumable items such as cooling pads.
The Sky Air Cooler name, logo, product names, product artwork, photographs, drawings, text and layout on this site are owned by us or used by us under licence. You may view and print pages for your own reference in evaluating our products.
You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute or use our content commercially without our written permission.
We take care over the information on this site but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error free. You should confirm any figure that matters to your decision with our team before relying on it.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of production or loss of data arising from your use of this site.
