Founded in 2015 by Bhavik Patel and Sandip Patel, Sky Air Cooler builds evaporative coolers and exhaust fans at its own plant in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Every unit is made for the way Indian plants actually run - long shifts, dusty air and summers that push a shed past 45°C - and cools them without the running cost of conventional air conditioning.
Over 11 years we have installed across the country’s working belts: textile mills in Ahmedabad and Surat, engineering and auto units around Pune and Ludhiana, warehouses through the Delhi NCR corridor, and plants in Coimbatore, Jaipur and Rajkot. Our second office in Faridabad keeps the north covered. Alongside that, our units run in 45+ countries.

Our weaving floor used to touch 44°C in May. After installing eight Sky coolers the temperature stays comfortable through the shift and our labour attendance has clearly improved.

Yes. Evaporative cooling is designed for continuous fresh-air replacement, so it performs well in semi-open and open areas where a sealed AC system cannot be used at all.
Pads should be inspected and flushed before every season and cleaned periodically depending on water quality and dust levels. Under an AMC our team handles this on a fixed schedule.
Coolers carry a manufacturer warranty on the body and motor, with defined terms for pads, pumps and consumables. Exact coverage is confirmed in writing with your order.
Check for clogged pads, a loose or slipping belt, and blocked air inlets. If the pads are wet but airflow is still low, call the service helpline and our engineer will diagnose the blower.
